Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Policy
At Wilbury School, every teacher is a teacher of children with special educational needs and disabilities. Our school values all children and believes that every child can achieve. The governors and staff ensure that every child admitted to Wilbury will have the best possible education to enable him/her to meet his/her full potential. Teachers have high expectations for all pupils, in every curriculum area, and should accentuate the positive in behaviour, work and attitude. Learning activities should be planned to enable all pupils to progress and for all to experience success.
