  • Wilbury Sharing the Love Challenge

    Fri 05 Feb 2021

Well done to everyone who shared their crafting skills and lovely messages of love on Google classroom and on the school railings. It has been a very special way to end our half-term of school from home. As this week is all about sharing the love, we would like to share the love back to you - we would like to invite all the children who entered the challenge to come and collect a special treat today. The hamper basket will be outside the office all day today - collect your craft, if you tied it to the railings, and enjoy a chocolatey treat. Happy Half term!

Next week’s whole school challenge is one to show off your crafting skills! We would like you to make a heart-themed craft which can be attached to the school railings. Your craft can be of any style – sewing, papercraft, knitting, card, recyclables and it should contain somewhere on it a message of love and thanks to a person or group of people of your choosing. Perhaps a parent or friend or teachers or anyone who you feel deserves some love and thanks right now. The craft should be attached to the railings outside the school before Friday morning. Along with this, a picture of you with your craft should be posted on this page including your message of thanks. The heart messages/crafts should be attached to the railings next to Colin the Covid Caterpillar. A box containing items to help attach the craft will be available outside the school office each day between 8 and 5. So get crafting and show off your love and skills…
